This hotel is a hidden gem in a prime location. The value for money is outstanding, with prices that won't break the bank. The attention to detail is impressive, from the beautifully maintained building to the individual touches in the rooms. The staff are welcoming and helpful, ensuring a great stay. The breakfast, which includes traditional Nyonya dishes and the option of eggs cooked to order, is a delightful bonus.
No major issues, everything was more than satisfactory.

Gorgeous decor, centrally located. Spacious rooms with comfy beds and clean bathrooms. The breakfast was delicious with a good selection of local and Western dishes. The staff was friendly and helpful, offering suggestions for places to visit and eat.
The street noise was quite loud in the morning, but it didn't bother us too much as we were already up early. The musty smell of the pillows and duvet was mildly unpleasant, but everything else was clean and fresh.

We decided to book this hotel because it was situated in a historic location, with all of the modern facilities we needed, near the major attractions, and in the centre of the city. The room was big enough for two people, but needed a little cleaning. There were some good places to eat nearby, but the breakfast wasn't worth it.
The hotel didn't have a lift, which made it hard to get around with all of our luggage.

Great value for money! The hotel had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, such as a big comfy bed, ensuite facilities, and all required amenities. The location was great, with lots of food options in the area, and the staff were very attentive and provided individual touches. The breakfast included traditional Nyonya dishes and eggs cooked to order if required.
All was good, nothing to improve.

This charming boutique hotel is located in a perfect spot close to plenty of eateries and markets, and also within a few minutes walk from the bus station to the national park. the receptionist was very helpful and friendly, providing us with great tips for exploring the city. the hotel room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with good water pressure in the bathroom.
We checked in late at night, and the dimly lit reception area and courtyard gave us a bit of a spooky feeling. the TV had only two channels, and there was a minor issue with water leaking onto the hand basin from the ceiling.
